Christopher Rumbos founded NPR Capital in 1994 and has been in the mortgage banking industry for over 30 years. He is a seasoned mortgage banking executive who has propelled both small and large companies to profitable success. His vast experience includes the pioneering of portfolio lending, securitization, loan servicing management, loss mitigation, Government underwriting, and REO placement and management. He has been a licensed realtor since 1978 and has served on various national committees.
Ms. Hurst has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry. She has spent the last 9 years building and managing a large Asset Management environment for a National Bank that supported Investor owned Real Estate that were both Prime and Sub Prime under 35 individual ABS transactions totaling $15 billion . She was responsible for allocating over 350 new REO assets monthly with sales of existing inventory in excess of $50mm per month. She managed a staff of 8 Asset Managers and a support staff of 7. Ms. Hurst was responsible for all reporting and review of Broker results for submission to Executive management and Investors. Ms. Hurst has participated in the creation of Asset Planning and Risk assessment of individual assets and approval where required with Master Servicer / Trustees.
All Asset Managers are required to have at least 5 years managing and overseeing REO inventory on a National basis. Asset Manager report cards are generated monthly with emphasis on several key metric including Inventory to list date, percent of list price to contract amount and percent of contract to closing.
